Red Balloon founder Naomi Simson imparts on us a brilliant piece of advice she was given at the start of her entrepreneur journey by the founder of nudie juice: “being an entrepreneur is a bit like being a clown punching bag, everyday you get hit and you just have to keep getting back up”.

She also shares the mindset that has allowed her to be successful and how she managed to tie her family life into her business so she was still able to be present when it mattered.
