Dr Suzy Green

Founder of the Positivity Institute, Dr Suzy Green is an internationally renowned expert on Positive Psychology. In her 20's Suzy was a self-confessed, self-improvement junkie trying to find herself in a sea of self-help books. After graduating with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, she began work as an Intern in a psychiatric clinic but soon realised that treatment alone wasn't going to prevent the world-wide epidemic of depression. What was needed was a proactive and preventative approach. Suzy's ground-breaking research on evidence-based life coaching led to her teaching the first higher educational course on Positive Psychology in Australia at the University of Sydney, where she lectured for 10 years. Suzy has also consulted to hundreds of individual clients as a Consulting Psychologist, applying the science of well-being to transform lives.
