StriveStronger CEO Andrew has dual degrees in the body and brain – completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology (body) and a Masters in Coaching Psychology (brain). Andrew is coach and confidante to a number of Asia Pacific’s leading CEO’s and executives, elite athletes and performing artists. He trains their bodies and brains so they can show up and perform in a peak state when they need to, and just as importantly, change state and switch off and relax in between. It is this unique background in professional sport as an athlete and a strength and conditioning coach; working in a global consulting firm; coaching high performers in mental skills; and understanding small and large business that positions Andrew to inspire individuals and entire organisations to reach their full potential.

Dr Suzy Green
Dr Suzy Green, a prominent figure in positive psychology, offers invaluable insights and teachings dedicated to enhancing individual and organisational wellbeing. As a Clinical and Coaching Psychologist and the Founder & CEO of The Positivity Institute in Sydney, she is a trailblazer in the fields of Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology. Dr Green's pioneering work includes a groundbreaking study on evidence-based coaching as an application of Positive Psychology. Her teachings are grounded in the principles of positive psychology, with a strong emphasis on cultivating strengths, resilience, and positive emotions. Dr Green equips individuals with practical strategies to tap into their inherent potential, fostering greater happiness and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. Moreover, she empowers organisations with tools to create positive work environments that elevate employee engagement, productivity, and overall success.

Tom Trobjevic
Outstanding full-back Tom Trbojevic won the prestigious 2021 Dally M Medal for the Best and Fairest player in the Telstra Premiership.Tom became the third Manly player to win the game’s highest individual honour after Cliff Lyons (1990, 1994) and Matt Orford (2008). A brilliant and electrifying full-back, Tom's power, tremendous speed and ability to break the line has seen him become one of the very best players in the NRL. 2021 saw Tom produce arguably the best ever season seen by an individual player, finishing with 28 tries which included five hat-tricks and saw him set a new Club record for Most Tries in a Season for Manly. Unfortunately, Tom suffered a season ending pec injury representing NSW in Game 2 of the 2023 series. In this workshop Tom will discuss how he uses his mental skills to overcome setbacks and develop resilience.
