Caitlin âCBassâ Bassett is former captain of Australiaâs national netball team, the Diamonds.
Starting netball at the age of 11, she dominated the netball scene and scored 2,038 of 2,268 attempted shots at goal when playing for Australia, with an unbelievable 90% accuracy rate.Â

At 5 years of age when Matt Formston lost his vision, doctors and teachers told him he would never play sport and his career aspirations were over. Matt didnât listen.
He played multiple sports as a child including rugby league, ice hockey and surfing, progressing to win gold and silver medals at the 2014 and 2015 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships and representing Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympics. Matt also holds four world Surfing titles and recently conquered one of the worldâs most dangerous waves in the Atlantic waters on the coast of Portugal, called Nazare.

Dr Tom Buckley is one of the worldâs leading researchers on stress and resilience. His biggest learnings, however, arenât from the lab. Overcoming cancer at 12 years and almost dying on a mountain bike accident earlier this year have taught him invaluable life lessons.
Dr Tom Buckley is an internationally recognised expert on the impact of stress on human health and wellbeing. He is currently Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney and heads the StriveStronger Research Institute.
Dr Tom has qualifications in Health Sciences including a Masters degree in Nursing specialising in intensive care and cardiology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). His doctoral studies were recognised internationally as ground-breaking, identifying physiological pathways associated with life stressors. He developed a program of research in the identification and management of cardiovascular risk factors as well as developing expertise in the human factors of performance and behavioural science. His work is regularly featured on national and international TV, radio and print media. Dr Tom is also co-author of MatchFit.
